All regular membership meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM at the Spring Terrace property. At least fifteen (15) members or a majority of officers may call a special membership meeting by submitting a request to the President.

All officers of Resident Council of Spring Terrace are residents in this community who are elected to serve one (1)-year terms and until their successors are elected by an election for new officers beginning the last month of the fiscal year.
